Bug#340412: vte: requires freetype2 to build, but doesn't build-depend on it

Sorry, overinflated severity -- on second glance, libfreetype6-dev is pulled
in via a build-dependency on libgtk2.0-dev (-> libpango1.0-dev ->
libfreetype6-dev), so this doesn't currently impact the package's
buildability, inside or outside of the buildds.  For completeness' sake, vte
should still build-depend on freetype since it uses it directly.
