Package: librsvg2-bin
Version: 2.9.5-4
Severity: normal

When viewing a SVG document like
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/images/linking/link01.svg, the following code:

<a xlink:href="http://www.w3.org">
<ellipse cx="2.5" cy="1.5" rx="2" ry="1" fill="red" />
</a>

should open the w3c page after clicking the red ellipse but that doesn't
happens.
