Bug#328768: gnome-mud: An option for making the currently loaded map read only

When walking around it's possible to make simple mistakes which add wrong rooms
and links between rooms. Once the user has finished mapping it would be useful
to have a button to toggle the map between a writable state and a read-only
state to prevent these mistakes from altering a map unintentionally.
