Bug#360431: gnome-session: Transition of user specified app. to session is lost during upgrade

When upgrading from gnome-session 2.12 to 2.14 the entire list of
applications to start with Gnome which the user have added to
gnome-session is lost. E.g. under upgrade to 2.14 the current session
list is erased living an empty session list after upgrade.
