It's kind of hard to make a screenshot of since it happens in moving
picture. Can you try the following steps?

1. open a movie in totem, preferrably with lots of different scenes
(it's easier to see when the scenes switch cause you see images from a
previous scene)
2. open another window (nautilus, text editor, whatever)
3. drag around the window you just opened, partially overlapping the movie
player window with it.

You should see a flickering in the image which is a minor problem but kind
of annoying (xine does not have this problem). It happens whenever the
movie player window gets redrawn for some reason (by overlapping windows or
because you're moving the player window itself)

greetings,
Wim
