Bug#363117: Unable to change background after a manipulation with gconf

Version: 1:2.12.3-2

After unchecking (and checking
again) /desktop/gnome/background/draw_background entry, I'm unable to
change my background. 

It seems that prefs->enabled (in refresh_render in
libbackground/applier.c) is not updated and I don't know where it should
be.

If I need more information, don't hesitate to ask me.
