[Bug 56070] Can't click button after setting it sensitive.

Setting highlighted state would suggest to the user that the insensitive button
can be clicked / used, which would be wrong. Probably the GUI part of it could
be special-cased though (when highlighted state is set, check insensitive
before drawing?)
