Bug#383850: gedit: Inline spell checker preference is not stored.

The inline spell checker preference under "Tools", "Autocheck Spelling",
doesn't seem to maintain state between restarts of the application.

I think it should maintain state for ease of use, and consistency with other GNOME application preferences.
