Bug#351414: Please stop using a random theme for gdm

While running automated tests of the Debian Installer, I was very surprised
to see that gdm seems to use a randomized theme by default.

This is a very strange choice which will undoubtfully puzzles our users.

Even though I understand that choosing a theme is not really easy, using a
randomized one is IMHO worse.

Please consider reverting this and use a default theme (the "Ayo" them has my
vote).
