Bug#344470: clock-applet calendar should respect evolution preference

Ideally, the calendar week layout should respect the convention of the
current locale (e.g., en_US -> SMTWHFS, es_ES -> MTWHFSS), but the
Evolution preference "Calendars and Tasks -> Work Week -> Week starts"
ought to override it -- or there should be some other facility for
configuring the beginning of the work week.

Either way, it's not critical, but requiring a Sunday-first or
Monday-first week for everyone is pretty much guaranteed to annoy
someone.

Mine was showing Saturday-first for a while. After a recent
dist-upgrade, it's back to Monday-first, which, while not appropriate
for my locale (en_US), is at least one I've encountered before :-)
