Bug#347765: glabels has unmet dependency on glabels-data

the latest glabels depends on glabels-data with the same version, which isn't there. This makes glabels 
uninstallable and the upgrade from an older version fails. Now there are these packages in the archive:

glabels-2.1.2-2+b1
glabels-data-2.1.2-2

Please correct this.
