Bug#379462: metacity: Problems resizing gnome-terminal using Alt-F8 keyboard shortcut

It is not possible to bring gnome-terminal's border past other window's
border when resizing gnome-terminal using Alt-F8 and the arrows. It has
been observed with a Firefox or a PDF viewer under a smaller
gnome-terminal window and it does not happen when resizing the other
windows.
