Hi,

Thanks for keeping an eye out and pointing that out for me. I will
reassign this bug back to gnome-panel. Sorry about the noise everyone.

I'm still not sure if this bug should be forwarded to the upstream
gnome-panel maintainers, or is this bug strictly Debian specific?

I would also suggest a higher severity as this bug makes it very
troublesome for anyone who is highly dependent on a localized menu.
