Bug#375289: shared-mime-info-spec.pdf.gz should not be compressed

Apparently just adding
  DEB_COMPRESS_EXCLUDE:=".pdf"
to debian/rules would work.

However, if my patch in Bug#375406 is accepted, then just updating
debhelper and recompiling would be enough.
