It seems the previously applied patch from this bug report has been lost 
in the packaging of 2.10.3-1 which means that the current shlibs file no 
longer has the required udeb: lines and udebs compiled against the lib 
have incorrect dependencies.

Please reapply the patch as soon as possible.
