Bug#240271: gnome-terminal: Cursor still blinks even if focus was lost

Hi Philipp,

I've seen this issue myself, and it was quite annoying.  However I
haven't seen it for a long time (perhaps not since Gnome 2.12 or so),
and so far not at all with 2.14.  Are you still experiencing it?  If you
aren't either, I'd like to triage and close this bug.
