Bug#367302: gucharmap: excess blank lines in character details window

The character details window has plenty of blank lines separating
information. Nice, but it forces one to vertically scroll when looking
up e.g., CJK chars, even with the window is maximized on one's 800x600
monitor.

Those blank lines could be squeezed out by default perhaps.
