Mails sent to <sourcepackage>@packages.debian.org go to the maintainer
only. To reach also co maintainers and subscribed persons please mail
to sourcepackage at packages.qa.debian.org AND set the X-PTS-Approved mail
header to an non-empty value. See

That's not wrong. It looks like this is created by an script.
Please note that there couldl be even pending patches for already up to
date translations (typo fixes, ...)
