Bug#398881: Modem Monitor generates config with incorrect path to chatscript

Hi,

Creating a dialup profile with the modem manager applet creates a pppd 
config file with the connect directive something like:

connect "/usr/sbin/chat -v -f ppp0"

when it needs to be

connect "/usr/sbin/chat -v -f /etc/chatscripts/ppp0"

Connection attempts just fail immediately because the chatscript isn't 
found.
