Bug#267200: This bug is not really a l10n bug

Though related to locales, I think that having these bugs tagged "l10n"
is more confusing than really useful. It makes the package appear as
"not fixed" on http://people.debian.org/~lwall/i18n/ while the Gnome
team did the good job of fixing the real l10n bugs.
