Bug#400672: file-roller: rpm package should be suggested, not recommended

Severity: wishlist

It would be great if the rpm package was only suggested by file-roller;
I don't like to install the rpm package for fear of accidentally using
it and bypassing Debian's package management system.  I suppose
file-roller requires rpm to read rpm files, but what Debian user uses
rpm files anyway?  Just $0.02 from me; thanks.
