patch to add gnome-session-wrapper program

This patch adds a new "gnome-session-wrapper" program.
This program can be used to wrap non-session-aware programs.
It will manage them in a very simple way: it will start them, register
itself with the session as appropriate, and when the session exits it
will send the child a SIGHUP.
This ought to suffice for programs that don't have session management
capability (and never will).
