Bug#419678: gtk-2.0: Cedilla don't appear in X with US-Keymap and Portuguese-BR language

When I type "C" + "Acute symbol" in KDE with US-Keymap and PT-BR language, I receive a leter ć (c with acute symbol), when correct is C-cedilla (ç).
