Bug#419881: evince: crashes when printing a ps file

I have cups installed and working normally.  I have also cups-pdf
installed and updated.  One more thing (though maybe unrelated): if I
load the image and then close evince I get this:

(evince:5734): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_tree_model_foreach: assertion `GTK_IS_TREE_MODEL (model)' failed
(evince:5734): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_list_store_clear: assertion `GTK_IS_LIST_STORE (list_store)' failed
