I think the Recommends on python-opengl is justified as it brings
important functionality to glchess and isn't too heavy. Well, it
wouldn't if python-opengl didn't recommend python-numpy.

As python-opengl will generally be brought as a dependency, it is
abusive for it to recommend another package that isn't essential to its
functionality.
