Hi,

This might be http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=353503 as it was
also reported as happening when using gnome-color-chooser to change
colours. 

A backtrace could be useful, install gnome-dbg and follow the
instructions at http://wiki.debian.org/?HowToGetABacktrace

It would also be great if you could re-test this when Epiphany 2.18 is
available in testing.
