Bug#439097: gnome-vfs2: Invalid versioned build-dependency on linux-kernel-headers

Justification: FTBFS

The package FTFBS as it build-depends on linux-kernel-headers (>= 2.6.13)| not+linux-gnu
which doesn't exist anymore in unstable.

Most buildd still have the package but you can see the sparc and ia64
build failed:

The dependency should be replaced by a dependency on linux-libc-dev (it
provides linux-kernel-headers but that's not enough for a versioned
dependency as you know).
