Bug#286517: metacity: doesn't respond to right-alt key release

Hi,

It's been a long time since this bug was filed, is it still relevant?

On my system, metacity 2.18 happily accepts both Alt_R and Alt_L, as
long as Alt_R isn't set as something else, like ISO_Level3_Shift.
