Hi again,

I can't reproduce this bug (I don't have a computer with support for cpu
frequency scaling). 

The only matching bug upstream is 318700, a bug about the applet
changing position when the horizontal space changes, but this is fixed
in version 2.18.0. See http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=318700

Maybe the applet changes size when it's first started?
