This problem apparently got fixed since then; I no longer see that
behaviour.  I'm not sure the fix was in the new 2.14.2-6 package, or
in an upgraded kernel (linux-image-2.6.18-4-xen-686 version
2.6.18.dfsg.1-10), or something else.

  In any case, feel free to close this bug report.
