Bug#412402: should include siproxy and gnugk as dependencies (or at least recommended)

Most people's network and internal (debian) firewall have symmetric
NAT, which does not support SIP and H323 and special proxy software
such as siproxy and gnugk has to be installed to get around that
without fiddling with the firewall.
