 The packaging of totem is relatively special, you'll have to try it
 out; some files are stripped / copied over IIRC.

 I'm ok to ship the files in all packages, even if it uses more space;
 an alternative way would be to ship them only in a specific always
 installed package (such as libtotem-plparser) and symlink to it from
 the other binaries; this is more complex, and I am not particularly in
 favor of this solution as it requires additional dependency tracking
 and some manual work when libtotem-plparser changes name.

 Do as you please; you can either value the ease of finding the docs or
 the small size of the package.
