[Bug 56070] Can't click button after setting it sensitive.

Patch implementing changes suggested in comment 61.

Instead of a new GdkNotifyType, created a new GdkCrossingMode,
GDK_CROSSING_SYNTHESIZED. Seemed more appropriate.
