Bug#407805: Not all keys are recognized correctly by vino.

Keys, which would need a AltGr holded down on the keyboard of the
computer running vino, are not recognized. The AltGr pressing is
ignored. This is important for many european keyboards, as e.g. @ can
not be send.

This bug exists in Ubuntu:

and on gnome:

gnome has a patch listed
patch with just the windows fixes (Alt-Gr and precomposed chars)

but I was not able to apply it directly to the debian source.
