Attached is an example PDF which renders incorrectly in evince, but is
OK in gpdf 2.10.
Look at page 1, on the LH side - there are 5 places where the grey
shading reaches the edge of the page and it is drawn incorrectly at
all of them. I attach a screen shot of evince and gpf side-by-side to
show what it should look like.
I hope this is sufficient to find the bug.
