Bug#432451: totem-gstreamer: Not using xv; playback takes up lots of CPU and looks blocky

For some reason, on my laptop (ATI Radeon Mobility x700) totem does not
use XV. I think this is the case because playing back movies full screen
is CPU intensive, and results in a blocky image.

If I play a file with gst-launch and playbin directly, this is not the
case. Same if I use mplayer.
