Bug#421734: Other broken keys

Hello,

this also breaks Ctrl+Shift+Up and Ctrl+Shift+Down, which in vim 7+ mean
"Previos tab" and "Next tab".  Work-around is to use <tabnumber>gT but
it's really, really annoying.

Very frustrated since a few days,
