In th_TH locale, the default input method for GTK+ widgets is now
"Thai-Lao" from im-thai.so. But it appears to response to no key event.

Note that I also have another separate GNOME 2.18 installation from
upstream source, via jhbuild. This bug is not present there.

Still trying to find the difference in the source..
