I see, weird, I haven't seen any bug reports about this upstream.

Does it only happen with Jamendo, or also with the Magnatune plugin? (I
think they share a lot of code).

Does it happen directly when you click on the Jamendo view, or when all
the artists/albums haven been loaded in the browser?

What resolution are you using? Are you running Rhythmbox maximised? 

Do you get any warnings when running rhythmbox from a terminal, or
anything weird if you run rhythmbox -d (debug mode, _very_ verbose
output)?
