Bug#415433: epiphany: rss icon missing

Now this is interesting!

Epiphany does not show an icon again, but this time the fallback-icon
looks different. Please have a look at the attached screenshots. The one
called 'popup-blocker.png' shows the icon which should be
'/popup-hidden.png' while 'rss-feed.png' shows the icon which should be
'feed-presence.png'. Strange... :/
