Hi.

I have seen this a couple of times too now, it seem the timezone data is
not being used correctly in some cases.

For a couple of appointments I created a week ago, the timezone data was
not set at all, (Evolution still showed the correct time, but the applet
was one hour late). When I create a new appointment now, timezone data
is set and both Evolution and the applet show correct time.

As for your calendar, the first time I added it I could reproduce your
bug, and the timezone didn't seem to be used by evolution. At the moment
I don't seem to be able to add it at all (nothing shows up in Evolution
for the dates).

I found an old upstream bug about this behaviour, if I can reproduce the
bug again I will reopen it.
