please requeue gossip and libgnomekbd on various archs

Hi,

  Gossip failed to build from source on mipsel and powerpc due to a bug in dbus
  which has been fixed since the last build try (Apr. 17).

  libgnomekbd failed to build on powerpc mipsel and sparc because at the time
  of the last try (Apr. 20, Apr. 20 and Apr 27 resp.), because of missing build
  depends. Which should be availble by now. libgnomekdb is now blocking the
  build of gnome-screensaver and gnome-control-center on those architectures :(

  Please requeue these packages on those architectures.
