Bug#421429: manpage describes -w, --write-source which no longer exists

I have updated the man page in svn to reflect this. As for documenting
the removal, I think that's better suited for NEWS.Debian or
README.Debian. 

Code generation does not seem to be planned for Glade 3, from reading
this post,
