Same problem here.

$ /usr/share//system-tools-backends-2.0/scripts/SystemToolsBackends.pl
Can't locate Net/DBus.pm in @INC (@INC
[..]

Dependency on libnet-dbus-perl package is missing and installing it
solve the problem.
