I can't imagine it is... Some reactions from IRC (#metacity on the GNOME
net):

Quibus? maybe you could make a bug report =)

In any case: it's not something you want as a user... It's either
confusing or just simply annoying. But maybe someone can explain to me
why it would be useful... Until then I'd consider it a bug :P
