Bug#451017: evince: show a mark when scrolling

Hi,

it would be very helpful if evince shows a line or an arrow of the line
that was at the bottom before scrolling. gv does so when scrolling across
the page.

Because evince does not scroll the bottom line to the top (but to the
fourth or fith line from top) it's difficult to follow and find the point
where you stopped reading. A marker would help.
