This bug has nothing to do with SPARC, really.  It's just that gtk+2.0
2.10 and 2.11 are incompatible with CUPS 1.3.  I just ran into this on
amd64 because testing has CUPS 1.3 but only gtk 2.10.  Below is a
patch for other people trying to compile testing.
