Bug#431725: libgnomeprint2.2-0: no printers, only "print to file"

As already explained earlier in this bug log, this is because
applications now use GTK+ for printing instead of libgnomeprint. If you
want to print using LPR, you need to set the following in .gtkrc-2.0 :
	gtk-print-backends = "file,lpr"
