Bug#442323: gedit: GEdit changes ownership and permissions when saving files

When saving a file with ownership  root.usergroup and permissions 660 Gedit resets
owner/permission to user.usergroup and permissions to 600 , where user is the current
user who is member of the group usergroup.

Gedit should retain the original ownership and permissions.
