Bug#474582: libgnomevfs2-bin: Please add manpages for gnomevfs-info and gnomevfs-ls

These commands can help debug cases when it's difficult to connect/brows
remote server's folders, etc.

It would be great to document these commands so that users know which
URL syntax is expected (passwords, parameters, usernames), etc.
